1) Most software programs to do with analysing the racing industry usually cost around $10,000. Why is yours so cheap?

These companies usually contact potential purchasers with a glossy brochure or a slick but very good salesperson boasting of the untapped amounts of money to be made from the racing industry. They will lead you to believe that their software will make you consistent profits on a daily basis and that's how they justify their exuberant price tags.
ROICware is so cheap because we believe that at the end of the day it is still racing and these are live animals we are dealing with. Regardless of what anyone tells you there is an element of unpredictability.

2) But I have had live demonstrations of some of these $10,000+ programs and they seem to work. If I buy yours would this mean I get what I pay for? ie - an inferior product?

Most certainly not! It is a common misconception (especially with thoroughbred racing programs) that if it costs more, it must work! The question is not am I getting an inferior product for the price, the question is was I previously looking/considering a product that is overpriced! Just because it costs more does not mean it is a better product or will magically produce better results. 3) So what is the theory behind it all anyway?

ROICware monitors influxes of money at certain time intervals. It has been found that following monetary flows produces trends that can be followed. ROICware monitors sums of money placed on the competitors of any racing event in the minutes leading up to the start. In those last few minutes the money is being tracked and in short, the competitor(s) with most movement will be selected.

5) Do I get support for the product?

Yes. There are 3 main types of support. Firstly there is an illustrated operations guide that every client receives upon purchase. This can be used more or less as a reference guide. If the reference guide can't answer your question then you are more than welcome to either contact us directly or via email. So there is both online and telephone support available.

6) How much does it cost for upgrades?

Updates are free of charge to the user. There is no more to pay after you purchase the product. All upgrades and support from there are absolutely free. 7) Are there any ongoing costs involved?

No there are no ongoing cost involved. If you purchase outright then you pay one fee and that's it. It's that simple.

There are some companies that promote racing products that charge and extra $60 odd per month ON TOP OF the purchase price just to keep receiving the data. This is not the case with ROICware.
